Ayla is traditionally enjoyed neat, sipped through meals, or enjoyed as shots. Our Ayla is distilled to capture the classic aromas, with a soft sweet after taste.

For a new take, pair it with a lime wedge lathered in honey, cumin, and salt, or rim your shot glass the same way. You can also make an Aylarita (Margarita), Aylatini (Martini), or an Aylapolitan (Cosmopolitan). Or craft your own new Ayla cocktail!

About the Label

The Lakhey featured on our label comes from Kathmandu’s centuries-old Indra Jatra festival, where Ayla has always been joyfully and ceremonially consumed.
